The National Credit Card Center of R.O.C. (NCCC) processes all credit card transactions in Taiwan dollars (NTD); 4ICEE Organizing Committee therefore decides to follow NCCC policy to convert the registration fees into Taiwan dollars. The registration fees are as follows:

The registration fees listed above in Taiwan dollars are equivalent to the previously announced registration fees in US dollars (see 4ICEE's 2nd Announcement). The conversion is made using an exchange rate of

USD 1 : NTD 31
and fees are rounded off to a lesser amount. We are sorry for this inevitable change and any inconvenience this may have caused you. For 4ICEE attendee's reference, the exchange rate between US and Taiwan dollars is 1/32.0147 as of May 22, 2006.

 Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will be issued less a NTD 1,500 processing fee if a request is received before September 12, 2006.
  • Cancellations from September 13 - October 5, 2006 will be refunded 50%.
  • No refunds after October 5, 2006.
